Hope Harbor
September-October 2020

"My heart overflows with joy when I think of how you showed your love to me by your (prayer, service, gifts and financial) support of my ministry." Philippians 4:10 TPT

Systematically marginalized, under-resourced, disconnected, socially excluded, disenfranchised, alienated, people who struggle most, these are the people we are called to serve. The discounted, abused, and rejected will find hope and healing at Hope Harbor Transitional Home. Our building remodel has been impacted and delayed by many factors we have no control over, the latest one being Covid. God is faithful and His work will be completed. Please continue to pray, give, and support in whatever way you can. I elaborated on Philippians because there are so many ways you are supporting and encouraging us. We need you and are completely grateful for you all.

Thank you to the following churches and businesses for support in August,
September and October 2020:

Ancho Christian Church, Angus Church of the Nazarene, Grace Harvest Church, Community Presbyterian Church of Ancho, First Presbyterian Church of Ruidoso, Sierra Blanca Counseling, and Fusion Medical Spa & Wellness.
Linda Hand and Melissa Gebhardt delivered a huge amount of new kitchen supplies for the resident apartments purchased by the mission committee of First Presbyterian Church of Ruidoso. Every thing from microwaves, small appliances, dishes, cookware to dish towels. It was a long list and they took the challenge. Thank you 1st Pres for being heroes for the hopeless!

We are grateful for each of you as we continue to prepare to open in the next few months. God knows when and who He will bring to live here. In these days of uncertainty we know God is in control and we trust Him.
Please continue to pray for Hope Harbor's leaders, for God to bring the resources to complete the building, and for the families that will live here.
