The Return of the Columbus Medical Association’s Annual Celebration a Success

This past Saturday, physicians from around Columbus braved the stormy weather and packed into Huntington Park for the Columbus Medical Association’s Annual Celebration.

This was the first time we've been able to hold the event since 2019 due to the pandemic and it was a blast! From being able to celebrate our past and incoming presidents and 50-Year Physicians to dancing the night away thanks to Dr. Alan Sacolick’s band, Madfunk8, to being able to catch up with friends and colleagues, the night was a hit.

HB 598 Testimony

This week the Columbus Medical Association Board of Directors submitted this statement as testimony regarding HB 598. 

The CMA Board unanimously adopted the statement and thanks all of the CMA members who provided a wide range of input and perspectives on this issue

Culinary Medicine African Heritage Diet | Event Recap

Members of the CMA gathered with Rosemary Riley, PhD, LD on Tuesday, May 24^th for a culinary medicine event focused on African Heritage Diet. The event, both in-person and virtual included Dr. Riley preparing authentic dishes as well as a discussion around diet, health, and culture.
