We are very pleased to announce the completion of our new internal software which has been developed for the regulatory guidelines now required by the FDA and NSF. This new program will allow
for us to create a very detailed Product Specification Sheet (PSS) including not only a unique product code but also the ingredients, packaging specifications, approved label copy, and much more for every item you order under
your private label. The PSS provided for each of your products will serve as one of the necessary documents you should have on hand for FDA review if needed. We hope this new program helps eliminate any confusion regarding the item you wish to order, especially if you have several label versions for the same product.
In the near future, we will be providing you with a list of the products you currently order and the unique product code assigned to each. Since the new regulatory guidelines require a clear production history from start to finish for every product, we ask that all orders are emailed, mailed, or faxed to us using your
new unique product codes. If none of these options are available, then we will accept an order by phone. H
owever,
please note that we cannot process
your order until we have
an emailed or faxed copy of the sales order
in hand and have gotten your approval that every detail is correct.
FDA and NSF guidelines require us to issue a new product code and update all documentation when changes are made to product
s including the formula and packaging specifications.
In future, should you choose to request changes to your bottle or lid color, label design, or other label details, there may be charges for these services due to the amount of time required to make these changes. We ask that you
inform us as soon as possible
should you wish to make any such changes so that we
may include the new details when
creating your new PSS
per each product
for your order.
