Great Day to be a Tiger a Success
On Thursday, February 11, hundreds of students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends participated in Great Day to be a Tiger featuring Philadelphia Archbishop Nelson Perez & our third annual Day of Giving. As a community, we surpassed our goal and raised total of $34,768.10!

The funds will be awarded as a one-time full-tuition “Day of Giving” scholarship to a deserving senior for the next academic year. The extra funds raised will be awarded as a partial scholarship to a second senior.

Thank you all for making our 67th Birthday so special!

Middle States Update
Holy Family University is accredited by the institutional accreditation agency, the Middle States Commission for Higher Education (MSCHE), generally referred to as Middle States. To maintain accreditation, the University must periodically apply for reaffirmation of accreditation. For Holy Family, this is occurring during the 2020-2021 academic year.

Over the past year and a half, the community has worked on gathering data to support the seven MSCHE Standards. The self-study results were reviewed during a preliminary site visit on October 7, 2020.

In early December, Holy Family submitted the final self-study document and evidence inventory to MSCHE. The committee will review these materials in preparation for the upcoming virtual site visit, scheduled for March 21-24, 2021.
