Cloud Service Contracts
We have a number of contracts that cover a full range of Cloud solutions that help the State quickly access the benefits of reliable and secure Cloud Services. They include Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) models as defined by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

The State, as well as local governments, higher education, and schools may begin using these State of Vermont Participating Addendums.

OPC maintains several Cloud Services Contracts allowing the Agency of Digital Services (ADS) to solicit services for business needs defined by State Agencies and Departments for any requirements offered under these Contracts.

Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations

In April 2019, the Office of Purchasing and Contracting (OPC) issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit bid proposals from qualified Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station vendors to provide the construction and supplies for EV Charging Stations around the State of Vermont.

Three (3) contracts will be awarded and are currently in the early stages of execution. We anticipate they will be ready for use within the next month.

These contracts will provide services for the construction of Level 2 and Level 3 charging stations with network connectivity (networked station) capable of providing point of sale service to electric vehicle motorists, optional multiple charging ports and optional retractable cord(s).

All aspects of design and installation will need to be coordinated through the Buildings & General Services (BGS) Energy Office. There will be customized Statement of Work (SOW) documents, posted on OPC’s website, to be used specifically with the Retainer EV Charging Station Contracts.
