Feeling anxiety?
If you feel trapped in the egg, you're not done yet!
There are things we need to finish up.
Every experience brings learning. We are in the midst of stepping into a new life.
But before we can do that, we need to tie up some loose ends.
What situations must you acknowledge are ending?
And why must they end? What boundaries need to be re-established or strengthened?
Your higher self is a powerful being that lies within each and every one of us. It is a constant reminder to live authentically and to search out happiness, no matter what it takes. It can stir up some powerful emotions! It can make you feel uneasy so that you can suddenly awaken to what makes you unhappy. What you may have been putting up with for sooo long!
If we don't pay attention to that inner voice, it will become louder.
Your outside world may become chaotic and you will experience what you have been denying. Your body may also start screaming at you!
Your inner soul and your guides are showing you what alliances need to be released.
It could be a personal relationship or career based.
What do you need to finish up, for you to move forward?
Your soul is telling you the truth. It cannot lie to you. It cannot trick you. Your soul is truth itself. It is your connection to source.
You can either listen to it now, or wait.
Your free will is your own choice.
Do you peck your way out of the egg, using the strength of your inner soul?
Or do you deny your own birth right, by giving up and staying comfortably in your egg?
Your own inner power that is showing you how powerful you truly are? Spirit doesn't want you to lie back and be comfortable. Spirit wants you to get out of your comfort zone and stir things up! Jack hammer that egg to bits!
Your soul is not lying to you!
It won't leave you broken and destitute. Your inner soul is the real you! The powerful being that chose to come here to create and experience life! It isn't weak by any means. Don't doubt yourself!
The physical body and mind are only the vessel. Like a Genie in a bottle.
It is the car you drive.
Your inner soul is the driver!
Let it steer!
Surrender to spirit and know you are always protected and guided. Nothing you could ever do or say would ever leave you abandoned or broken. You are so loved and Spirit knows what you are going through.
All in divine timing.

release trauma, change patterns, weight loss and smoking cessation as well as fending off allergies. It is an incredibly powerful tool for anxiety and stress as well as past life regression issues. This workshop is just the beginning of understanding all that we can heal! I will also teach you how to meditate more deeply and actually lead meditations for others. We can also tap into past lives through hypnosis. Hypnotherapy can also help us understand and work better with others.

Chakra Healing Series-Root Wed. 9/18 7:00 PM

rebalance that specific chakra? Each chakra is an energy center in the body which
corresponds to specific psychological, emotional, and physical ailments arising from energetic disturbances in that specific area of our energetic body.
