Condolences to Wilhelmina Nichols' Family
We offer prayers for her family

Dear Friend,

Member Deirdre Rasmussen notified us that her Mother, Wilhelmina Nichols has died. Deirdre has especially asked for prayers for her sister who is in Minnesota taking care of their Dad and handling things, while Deirdre is here and unable to be there because of COVID.

Wilhelmina's service and burial will be private and will be held in Minnesota. Your thoughts and prayers for Dierdre and all of her family are appreciated.
From her obituary: Wilhelmina Van der Kuip Nichols was 85 when she died. Known as Wil, she had a big personality and a bigger heart. A survivor of WWII Netherlands, where her family sheltered a Jewish family and later some Polish soldiers, Wil grew up to devote her life to education, parenting, and mentoring children and young people. She is survived by her husband Larry, and three children; daughters Diedre and Heather, and foster daughter Jane. (Full obituary link below.)

From everyone here at First Pres, we send our condolences to all of Wilhelmina's family members, near and far. May our Lord bless and comfort you.
