We're cooking with fire!
The planetary alignment is pushing us to get to work. It's time to bake the raw inspirations and ideas into reality.
The old story is what you are meant to release. You were or are, living a decision that isn't who you are today.
It just doesn't feel good any longer.
It isn't who you are and what you believe, deep inside.
There is more. So much more!
We are searching for value. We need to feel fulfilled in our purpose and receive accolades for what we contribute. When we receive empowerment from our choices and our environment, it creates this amazing joyful power deep within. This passion to create something new! A new expression of ourselves.
So we need to make the bread. Take fresh water (inspiration and intuition) merge it with flour (earthly abundance) and kneed the dough.
We "kneed" to do the work!
Mars goes into Virgo on the 24th. It means we will get our instructions on what we need to do by then. "Aha" moments of clarity. Ideas will pop into your head. But, these ideas don't just create. We aren't meant to just sit and wait til they manifest. We have to do the work on our end. Even if it is just making a conscious decision. That is a step in the right direction!
Mars is to take action and Virgo is to do the work.
Look for the signs. Look for validation on what direction you need to go in.
While you get your signs, take the steps you need to and get the dough in the oven.
Create it and let it bake. Know that it will come out when it's done. Don't keep opening the door to check on it! Doubt will keep your dreams from creating. You need trust and faith that it will rise.
Some of us are going through some tough illnesses and healing processes. This is letting go of the old. We need to purge our old selves like shedding to accept new lives and new possibilities!
Healing is self-acceptance and self-love. You didn't do it all wrong. You needed to experience to get it right!
Every experience takes you on to another level of awareness. Each hardship toughens and also softens you at the same time.
As the bread cooks, it becomes hard and crusty on the outside, but soft and delicate inside.
We are the bread. We are what's cooking.
Love the process. Accept the healing.
You will be so yummy when you are done!

Hypnosis is more than just for fun. It can access the subconscious and
release trauma, change patterns, weight loss and smoking cessation as well as fending off allergies. It is an incredibly powerful tool for anxiety and stress as well as past life regression issues. This workshop is just the beginning of understanding all that we can heal! I will also teach you how to meditate more deeply and actually lead meditations for others. We can also tap into past lives through hypnosis. Hypnotherapy can also help us understand and work better with others.
Cost is $150. This is a beginner class.

Chakra Healing Series-Root Wed. 9/18 7:00 PM
Do you have blocks in a specific chakra? Would you like help to learn how to clear and
rebalance that specific chakra? Each chakra is an energy center in the body which
corresponds to specific psychological, emotional, and physical ailments arising from energetic
disturbances in that specific area of our energetic body. Come and participate in a group class
and discussion series targeting a specific chakra each month. Class will include basic
education and group discussion about a specific chakra, how it can become unbalanced and
ways to clear/heal it.
This first chakra class in the monthly series will focus on the root chakra or, muldahara. This
chakra is located in the base of the spine and governs survival and stability. Are you struggling

If you have learned Reiki 1 from any teacher and would like to learn more this class is for you! Requirement is Reiki 1. You will learn the Sacred Symbols of Usui Reiki, and learn distant healing, as per Master Mikao Usui. Receive a booklet, certificate and an attunement. We will share Reiki at the end of class where I will show you extra teachings with working with the crystals, and crystal alignment, the Chakras, what they are, and how to clear them and invoking the Angels, how to release blocks and clear the Aura.
