MERRY CHRISTMAS
Merry Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza!

May your celebration of life be glorious and good to you and yours. I can think of no better gift than the gift of reflection and goal setting for 2018.

Many moons ago I worked in corporate fitness. It was there that I surrounded myself with other aspiring fitness entrepreneurs. Shane, he moved to Colorado and opened up Project Move. Trish, she's a published author and confidence coach living in Northern Virginia.

I am a firm believer in setting yourself up for success... and failure. Using your power of the mind is such a strong way of being... if you have a plan and stick to the plan like a bird diving for a fish (tai chi move, dharana/yoga) then nothing gets in your way and you accomplish many things.

Annually Trish sends out her Annual Guidebook. This guidebook is a reflection on the year behind and an opportunity to goal set and plan the year ahead.

Create the plan and then work the plan and all of your big hair audacious goals will come true. Her Annual Guidebook is at the end of this email.

Merry Christmas,
Alex Kelly-Maartens
