Dear Thacher Community,

 

We are delighted to report that the Head of School search committee held meetings with five semifinalist candidates last weekend. At the conclusion, three applicants were selected to be finalists. All three nominees have been notified of the committee's decision and have enthusiastically accepted the offer to move into the finalist stage.

 

Each finalist will visit Thacher in January, providing an opportunity to meet with administration, staff, and community members. The committee is currently working with the school administration to schedule these visits. We will inform you of the visit dates as early as possible.

 

We continue to make good progress and the search process is on time and working well.
