Looking ahead to an exciting New Year with L'BRI!

This year has been incredible and we're so glad you're part of it! As we wrap up 2017, we celebrate many amazing milestones and record-breaking results in all aspects of our business.
As our Consultants, you are responsible for these results. This year, more new Consultants joined L'BRI than ever before, more customers were introduced to aloe-based products, and you held more Shows. Thanks to you, more people from coast to coast are enjoying beautiful, healthy and younger looking skin.
As we look ahead to the new year, there is much to be excited about! Our goal is to continue providing you and all Consultants the very best opportunity in direct sales. As we prepare for the year ahead, there are a number of business enhancements and announcements that are forthcoming.
Please review the information below which summarizes the changes coming your way in 2018.

Orders Attached to Shows - New Shopping Cart Enhancement
During the next few weeks, we will be updating the customer shopping experience so that all orders will be required to select YES/NO to the order being attached to a Show. The system will automatically default to YES, and the customer will either add the Show ID# or change the selection to NO, indicating that the order is not attached to a Show. Effective February 1, 2018, and as a result of this change, the home office will no longer accept requests for orders to be transferred to a Show.

Personal Website URL Address Redirect
If you joined L'BRI prior to May 9, 2017 your personal website address changed earlier this year. Since that time L'BRI has been redirecting your customers from the OLD web address (URL) to the new web address (URL). We will continue to redirect these address until June 2018, rather than January 2018
as previously communicated. All Consultants should be using the following URL structure: lbri.com/yourpersonalwebname
For example, lbri.com/sallysmith

Free Samples Set Moving to Unique Shopping Cart
Sometime in late January, anyone ordering Free Sample Sets will be doing so on a unique shopping site.The site will look the same as the current shopping cart, ensuring that customers do not confuse or make a mistake in ordering Free Sample Sets versus Travel Sets. Travel Sets will continue to be available to purchase in the normal shopping cart and on Shows, but Free Sample Sets will not.

Monthly Web Services Fee Increase
Effective February 1, we will implement a small price increase in our Monthly Web Services Fee (MWSF), which will now be $7.95/month. There is, however, no increase to the $6/month optional PRO package. Please keep in mind that anyone that you sponsor in January would need to know about this as their first payment in February will be at the $7.95 monthly rate. This small price increase will help L'BRI continue to invest in technology updates and enhancements for our Consultants.

Free Shipping/Free Gift Program
Customers love the ability to earn free shipping and a free gift when shopping with L'BRI. And in reality, most orders average well above the $60 order size to earn these perks. Effective February 1, customers will need to purchase $65 to earn free shipping and a free gift of their choice.

Spring Catalog - New Products & New Prices
In addition to some new products that you and your customers have been asking for, the Spring/Summer 2018 L'BRI catalog will also feature a small price increase on all products. L'BRI has not increased prices at all during the past five years, despite absorbing cost increases in all areas of our business.
Price increases will be effective on February 1, and affect the following items:
- All catalog products
- All Consultant business supplies, literature and samples
- Sampling Made Easy program
Please keep in mind that despite the cost of products increasing, L'BRI will keep the price of both Showcases the same, but they will increase in value due to the price increase of the products.
Implementing new prices will allow L'BRI to remain the profitable and generous company that we want to be, and provides an instant pay raise for our Consultants. Because your commission is based on a percentage of the dollar amount you sell, you will see a slight increase coming your way as well.

Monthly Qualification Requirement
Effective January 1, all Consultants will need to have $150 (rather than $200) in personal volume to be considered qualified and eligible for bonus commissions.
This aligns the Monthly Activity Requirement with the amount needed to make a Consultant order eligible for additional discounts. It also makes it even easier for Consultants to be eligible for the many generous incentives available through our Profit Plan. It's another way for L'BRI to support our Consultants and another benefit for L'BRI leaders to share when introducing the L'BRI opportunity to prospective Consultants.

Be Your Own Hostess Promotion - EXTENDED!
During the past two months, self-hosted Shows have been a big business boost for many Consultants and we've been asked to consider extending this exciting program and opportunity. So, we are happy to announce that Be Your Own Hostess will be extended through January 31, 2018. If you want to be your own Hostess, you must hold and close your own Show before January 31, 2018 to qualify for this promotion extension.
