A number of veterans in the Miami Valley suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries due to military service and received less than honorable discharges before their conditions were diagnosed. As a result they cannot get medical treatment from the Veterans Administration (VA).
