Dear Case Manager,

Please review this tutorial on how to make changes to Personal Goals and Inventory of Needs for an individual on the Bridge . The tutorial was developed in response to requests from Case Management Agencies to document the process for updating Client Information.     

The tutorial walks through a hypothetical scenario to assist Case Managers in applying the process to their individual situations. 

Please Note: When claims have been paid against line items that are attached to current Goals, an error may be generated when Case Managers attempt to inactivate the Goals. If this occurs, Case Managers should contact DXC at ccmhelpdesk@hpe.com to complete the data fix.
