time to stock up with frost kissed winter bounty, hand crafted
foods, and artisan gifts for eating

is coming to market with fresh caught salmon filets, steaks, and whole fish and their famous smoked salmon as well. Plan to p

all offering their own unique animal proteins in varying cuts, grinds, and seasoned combinations.
Of course we'll also have all things vegetable, so come

. Bundles of kale and collards, and heads of purple, red and green chicories from
Persephone Farm

are a must because winter greens are at the seasons sweetest with many frosts over the past two weeks.
