" class series is now conveniently available online. Taught from a new business owner's perspective, these classes are targeted toward anyone wishing to start a business and/or business owners whose companies have been operating for less than two years. The topics covered in each course are based on specific needs that new business owners often face.
Join Google Certified Instructor and UGA SBDC at KSU Area Director, Drew Tonsmeire, for this comprehensive online series consisting of four course modules covering essential information for new business owners:
- Part 1, Starting a Business: includes topics such as market research, legal structure, estimating start-up costs and cash flow projections, and more.
- Part 2, Financing a Business: illustrates step-by-step how to prepare a winning package for any type of financial assistance.
- Part 3, Marketing a Business: includes information on how to maximize your marketing dollars and enhance your profitability by incorporating simple industry secrets of effective marketing in public advertising and low-cost social media.
- Part 4, Writing a Business Plan: educates new business owners on what it takes to develop a professionally written business plan.
