Bake Sale
Baked goods may be dropped of for the UMW Bake Sale on Friday, November 3, beginning at 9 AM in the Family Life Center. Be sure to stop by on Saturday to shop the Bake Sale as well!

Pies for Sale

Purchase a fresh-baked pie at the Bar-B-Que on Saturday, while supplies last! Choose from apple, pumpkin, pecan, or sugar-free apple (cost is $12).

Ticket Sales

Tickets are on sale now in the church office or from any member of the Bar-B-Que Team for $10 (pint or plate, dine in or carry out) and will be available to purchase at the door on Saturday. Proceeds benefit the Belin Memorial Outreach Team, providing assistance to those with critical needs in our community.

Silent Auction
The Silent Auction is an important part of the Belin Bar-B-Que and Fall Festival. there will be many wonderful items to bid on. Members of the team will be in the Family Life Center on Thursday, November 2, 10 AM - 4 PM to receive your donations.

The Silent Auction will open at 9 AM on Saturday, November 4 and will close at 2 PM. If you are not present at 2 PM, we ask that you return before 4 PM to pick up and pay for your item/s.

Belin T-Shirts for Sale
Belin t-shirts will be on sale at the Bar-B-Que on Saturday while supplies last. Shirts are long sleeve and come in adult sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL ($20 each). All proceeds benefit the Belin Outreach Fund. Remember to wear your shirt to the Bar-B-Que and Fall Festival on November 4!

Annual Veterans Lunch

Veterans Lunch
Wednesday, November 8
11 AM in the Family Life Center

Veterans, spouses of veterans, and widows of veterans are invited to attend the annual Veterans luncheon.

Please RSVP by Monday, November 6, if you plan to attend by calling the church office, 843.651.5099.

Operation Christmas Child

Operatio
n Christmas Child shoe boxes are due back this Sunday, November 5!

Please fill the boxes with sugg
ested items and follow the directions in the shoe boxes for packing. Return all boxes to the sancutary or Family Life Center by November 5.  Join us in blessing a child overseas and share the love of Jesus this Christmas season!
NEW - Singles Sunday School Class
Something new! A Singles Sunday School Class will begin this Sunday, November 5, at 10 AM in Room 3 of the Family Life Center, led by Floy Galbraith. Please join us for fellowship as we study God's word.

Children's Christmas Pageant
"The Grumpy Shepherd" will be performed on Wednesday, December 13, at 6 PM in the Family Life Center.

The Education Team invites all children in grades K-5 to participate in this year's Christmas pageant! Register your child online (click HERE) by November 10.

Rehearsals are at 12:15 PM on these Sundays: November 12, 19, December 3 and 10. Please plan for your child to attend all rehearsals. 

The Gathering Christmas dinner will be served beginning at 5 PM on the night of the pageant. Reservations for dinner must be made by Monday, December 11. If you choose to attend the pageant only, please come and find a seat on the bleachers by 5:50 PM. Dinner reservations may be made online soon (menu and price to be determined).

Bereavement Support Group
November 8, 11 AM

The bereavement support group, led by Ellna Silver, meets the second Wednesday of each month in the Family Life Center for anyone grieving or facing the loss of a loved one. There is no cost to attend.
Tidelands Health Fair

Family Life Center

A wide variety of health information will be available at no cost, and blood screenings will be available at a nominal cost. If you are having a chemistry blood panel test, don't forget to fast. Traffic and some parking congestion is expected, so please arrive early and be patient!

Join us for this special Thanksgiving luncheon! Please bring a covered dish for the Thanksgiving table. Cost if $5.

  • Grace Circle will meet on Monday, November 6, at 6 PM at the home of Betsy Richardson. For information, contact Peg Otterberg at 843.685.5033.
  • Miracle Seekers will meet on Tuesday, November 7 at 6 PM in the Family Life Center.
  • Frances Wilson Circle will meet on Monday, November 13, at 10 AM in the Family Life Center.
Annual Charge Conference
Annual Charge Conference for Belin Memorial will be held on Tuesday, November 7, at 7 PM, in the sanctuary.

All Belin Memorial members are invited to attend; however, only Church Council members are eligible to vote. Our 2018 lay leadership and church business will be presented. Our district superintendent, Tim Rogers, will be in attendance.

Menu for November 8: chili, cornbread, salad, dessert, beverage
