JAX-Bound !

URISA's 55th Annual Conference is taking place in Jacksonville, Florida in less than two weeks. If you have not had time to arrange your participation, do so right away.
  • 100+ individuals speaking in 40 breakout sessions within 6 comprehensive program tracks
  • 2 powerhouse keynote speakers:
Is it a bird, is it a plane? No, it's a Drone. Our opening keynote will soar to new heights and cover some of the most topical things about Drones. Our expert panel will share their extensive knowledge about the latest developments in research, deployment and legal issues.
3-2-1 Launch, 21st Century Kennedy Space Center GIS
Join Glenn Walters, our closing keynote speaker, as he takes us on a "spatial" mission sharing his insight on GIS work at the Kennedy Space Center. With the advent of commercial space, the Kennedy Space Center has been evolving from a single launch program into a multi-tenant, multi-use spaceport. To serve the future needs of the KSC user-base, GIS will also need to evolve.

Have you selected your workshop ? Attendance at ONE full or half-day workshop is included with your full conference registration - normally an additional fee (about $200).

Participate in a Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Mapathon in JAX! Many of the ongoing disaster response projects are using OpenStreetMap to assist first responders and decision-makers. GIS professionals can easily contribute to such efforts remotely. We've added a Mapathon to the GIS-Pro 2017 conference agenda. Help us contribute to recovery efforts while we're at the conference!

Register in advance ... registrations received after October 18 and onsite registrations will incur an additional $50 fee.

The GIS-Pro 2017 Exhibition is sold out. If you're interested in a sponsorship, please let us know right away. We'll work with you to gain visibility with this informed group of GIS professionals.

Continuing Education: The conference was approved for  40 AICP-CM credits , and also earns ample GISP points for certification or re-certification. Keep your certifications active!
