Restorative Yoga Worshop

 Do holiday activities have you multi-tasking and feeling a little stressed out? Then please come and join us in a 2 and ½ hour restorative yoga workshop. We will be sharing relaxing yoga poses, using props to support the body and calm the nervous system.

Beginners Yoga Series
3 Weeks: Jan 4, 11, 18
Thursday's, 7-8:15 PM 

 
If you are a brand new beginner, this series is designed to take away the worries from taking those first yoga classes.
Upon completion of the series, you will have gained a foundation to more confidently attend regular classes.
