SHOE DRIVE BY LeTOURNEAU OFFICE OF GLOBAL INITIATIVES - NOW THROUGH DECEMBER 1
This shoe drive sponsored by LeTourneau University's Office of Global Initiatives is raising money for the school's international student scholarships.
They are seeking donations of gently worn and new shoes. LeTourneau will receive money based on the total weight of shoes collected. Please bring gently used and new shoes and place them in the designated barrel in the Trinity Hall entrance.
Longview Community Ministries will be having the annual Coats for Kids event on November 11 at Broughton Recreation Center. There is still time this month to donate new or gently used coats to one of the participating local cleaners. We want every deserving child to know they can receive a coat that day.
