NAMIC-New England awarded Patricia Poteat (2nd runner up) and Rachel M. Carkhuff (1st place winner) certificates and one-year student memberships to NAMIC during its  inaugural "Media Pitch Competition."

 
NAMIC-New England and WICT New England had its first holiday mixer for ESPN members. In addition to spreading some holiday cheer they collected toys for the local Toys for Tots organization.
