Brain Health for Positive Aging

Exercise, diet and nutrition are of course good for the body, but they are also important for the brain. A few key changes to the daily routine can have a positive impact on keeping the brain healthy. There is no guarantee that exercise, diet and nutrition can prevent dementia, but there is proof that they can help. Click here for more information on maintaining and improving the health of the brain.
