Through the efforts of CBIA leadership which included numerous individual meetings with Collier County Commissioners and President Dunnavant's, E.O. Curatolo's and Al Zichella's comments at last week's BCC meeting, inclusionary zoning and
linkage fees will not move forward as part of the Collier County Community Housing Plan proposal. However, we will need to remain focused on the plan and upcoming BCC workshop in which Commissioners will eliminate these strategies from the plan and give County staff direction
moving forward.

WE NEED WOMEN IN THE FOLLOWING FIELDS:
Plumbing: Students will cut, glue and attach pvc pipes.
Electrician: Students will learn how electricity works then wire a switch, outlet and light to
a stud wall.
Tile Setter: Students will set tile on a 2' x 4' wall.
Contractor: Students will build stud walls. Use a chop saw if needed.
Architect: Students will be given a problem to solve in REVIT and choose the best idea.
Engineer: Students will be given a problem to solve in INVENTOR and choose the best idea.
