2018-2019 Re Enrollment & Financial Assistant |
|
February will be our "month of re-enrollment." The re-enrollment site will open
February 1, 2018
. Please look for further information in the weeks to come that will outline the steps for re-enrollment.
Important Dates for Financial Assistance:
Financial Assistance Website Opens: November 20, 2017
Financial Assistance Application Deadline: February 7, 2018
Valley Christian Schools strives to offer quality education to students of all economic backgrounds. Tuition assistance is available to students accepted for admission with demonstrated financial need.
It is the desire of school administration, subject to the availability of funds, to give all qualified students, regardless of financial resources, the opportunity to attend Valley Christian Schools.
Please note that the financial assistance process is completely separate from the re-enrollment process. The amount of financial assistance is granted on the basis of demonstrated financial need. Although Valley Christian Schools is committed to assisting families, it can only award financial assistance to the extent resources are available. Consequently, not all students who might otherwise qualify receive financial assistance.
Those seeking financial assistance must submit applications for financial assistance on an annual basis prior to the application deadline.
The process requires going to VCS's third-party evaluation partner
(FACTS Grant & Aide Assessment) to complete an application and supply all requested information
at
https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3F6D3
.
Click here for additional information regarding financial assistance.

|
|
The purpose of the VCS dress code is to promote Christian unity among students and to avoid a
segmented student body based
on distinctive cultural or religious attire.
|
Most frequent violations: No socks, Screened t-shirts including hearts or other images, Leggings worn as pants, Shorts not 3" above the knee, Boys hair over the eyes and past the middle of the ear.
|

|
|

if your child is going to be absent from school.
If your child has a medical or dental appointment during the school day, please go
|
through the office to have your child released. If at all possible, please make such appointments after school hours. Every student is expected to make up any work missed because of an absence.
If the student needs to be excused from P.E. for any reason, a note is required.
