Annual Children's Holiday Party |
The 19
th District Steering Committee is preparing to host the Annual Children's Holiday Party for approximately 250 children from numerous schools and shelters within the District. The party will be held on Saturday December 2, 2017 at noon in the community room at the station. Santa greets each child and presents them with a stocking of goodies. Each child receives a wrapped gift that was chosen for them from Santa's helpers. Every child is also provided with a pair of mittens or gloves and a hat. This may be the only holiday celebration and gift these children may receive due to financial challenges of their families.

Holiday Meals for 19th District Staff
The 19

District Steering Committee provides meals for the staff on all watches for the 19
th
District on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Our police work hard 24/7 to protect this community. We are asking for your financial support to help us feed the staff on the holidays or an in kind donation such as cases of water, pop or desserts that we can use on the holidays. These officers work the holiday and are away from their families so we try to make the shift enjoyable with a nice meal of appreciation.
