Transgender Day of Remembrance is a yearly event where we commemorate the transgender lives lost due to hate crimes. This year, there have been 23 reported deaths in the transgender community. Join the LGBT Center OC at our CO4 location as we celebrate life and honor our fallen angels with a 4-day event which includes a Name and Gender Change clinic, family movie night, Trans Fashion Show and Transgender Day of Remembrance.
Each month, we will highlight a volunteer(s) that has gone above and beyond at the LGBT Center OC. We are proud to recognize our counselors' tremendous volunteering efforts for our November Volunteer Spotlight!

We have merged both of our women's groups into one. The new All Ages Women's Empowerment Group will address the "issues" particular to that stage
of life experiences. In this group we will be talking about ourselves - in the context
of our hopes, dreams and goals, as well as our challenges and difficulties.
This will be a safe and friendly environment for conversations on various topics related to - work, relationships,
health, family, friends, etc. Please note, the group is now meeting on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month.
