Legislative Update: Action Needed
The Arc of Florida, of which Victory Living Programs is an affiliated chapter, has published their 2018 Legislative Priorities: Pay Fair for Care Campaign and we are asking for your support. The legislative priorities are as follows:

1. Continue rate increases funded from non-recurring funds

2. 3% increase to select services rates to continue recent progress toward addressing competitive wage for direct care workers

3. Enact restrictions on use seclusion/restraint in the Public School System

Bowlers Advance to Qualify for State Games
The area bowling competition, held on October 21, 2017 at Strikers in Sunrise and Sawgrass Lanes in Tamarac, proved to be no match for our 22 bowlers who took home 1st place! In total we had 80 bowlers compete against bowlers from six counties. The 22 athletes who took 1st place now qualify to go into the draw to attend state games in December. Congratulations to all who participated!
