Fast Food Friday
Fast Food Friday will be pizza.  Pizza will be $1 per slice. Desserts and drinks will be 50 cents each.  Proceeds will benefit the cheerleaders.

Raise Craze Fundraiser Kicking Off -  
October 11th Soft Launch  -  Oct 16th Official Start
Raise money while performing acts of kindness, with a 90% give back to the school.  How crazy is that!!!  We are so excited to present this opportunity to our families and hope all the students find this to be a rewarding and uplifting experience.  Parents are welcome to join us Wednesday, October 11th during Chapel for the Raise Craze presentation.  
K-6th grade  9:00 AM and 7-12th grade  10:20 AM
The PTF Event Coordinator is Jessica Busby.
 
Box Tops for Education  
Let the games begin!  The competitions have started, K-12th, and each teacher should have a collection box in their class room.  Classrooms collecting the most will be rewarded.

Family Day at NCA  -  IN-N-OUT BURGER - October 20  
Order forms are due October 16.  We invite friends and families to join us for lunch provided by the In-N-Out Food Truck.   In-N-Out is deeply invested in the local community and gives back 100% of the proceeds.  75% to NCA and 25% to a local Child Abuse organization of their choice.  The PTF Event Coordinator is Jenifer Luce. 

Concession Stands / Sporting Events
There is always a need for volunteers during our sporting events; working the clock, the concession stand, the gate, etc and there is always an event going on. 
This is a wonderful and fun opportunity to meet new friends and families and allow the students to hang out together.  You do not have to be in sports to enjoy a good game.  If you would like to be included on the volunteer list please let us know at  [email protected],  and we will get you in touch with the appropriate Booster member.

Check out the PTF Bulletin Board wonderfully crafted by Melissa Laman.  There you will find flyers and calendars available for your convenience.  
Library Corner

Scholastic Reading Club
October's Scholastic Reading Club flyers have been sent home with your student.  Scholastic Reading Club orders allow us to put new library books in our teacher's classrooms and the library.  


There are two ways to order.
    1.    Check off the books you want to order for your child and return the flyer to me with cash            or a check  made out to Scholastic Book Clubs by 10/13. 
     2.    Go to  https://clubs.scholastic.com/   If you have not created an  account with 
     Scholastic before, you will need to create one now.  You can either look up teacher
     which is  Monica Miller or by our class code LVFLX.   You will have until 10/27 to place orders
     online.
Your Help is Needed!

We are in need of business/family  SPONSORS for our upcoming Picnic in the Park (our remix version of the Lion Games) that will be held on Friday, October  27.

This is an event for all of secondary students similar to field day and is also a fundraiser for our Jr./Sr. Prom.  We are looking for sponsors to fund our PIP t-shirts.  I've attached a  sponsor form for your consideration.  Businesses or families can sponsor our students at any level - all the details are included in the attachment. Contact  Mrs. Glidden for more info.

Business Office News

Monthly Tuition
Monthly Tuition is due on the 1st of every month.
A $15.00 Late Fee is applied if not paid by the 6th of the month. 
An Additional Late Fee of $25.00 is applied if not received by the 15th.
If paying by check please place in the tuition box on the Business Office door. 
 
Lunches
Three lunches are available for purchases:  
Cub - $3
Regular - $4
Lion - $5
Please indicate sizes you want when purchasing. Lunch cards are sold by the week per student. No daily purchases.
