Proposals should be presented in new and different mediums with a plan for engaging participants through music, drama, Ted Talks, panel discussions and/or facilitated round table discussions. Formats that lend themselves to discussion will be given priority by the selection committee.  Successful proposals will be interactive and elicit conversation, with concrete takeaways for attendees. Sessions should examine challenges and lessons learned.

Presenters may include professionals and lay leaders from member agencies, partner agencies and guest speakers. Presenters should be able to facilitate a discussion that is balanced between presenting ideas and solutions and encouraging input from workshop attendees.
