We are not done yet.
This is a time to acknowledge that we might need some help.
We might need to finish up a goal or tweek a project we are working on, but you might realize that to continue, you might need a little help from your friends!
Whether it is a need for validation from a friend or an instructor you need knowledge from to finish a lesson.
Asking for help is being humble. We don't have all the answers and we can't do it all ourselves.
Have you ever gotten valid information you needed from a source that you never expected to get it from? Be open.
It is human instinct to rush to aid another. It is our fear that keeps us from it.
It could be fear of how others view us or fear of being hurt ourselves.
Humans are empathic, and caring individuals. It's our pain from past experiences that leaves us resentful and critical of others.
Use your gut instincts to guide you to finding the help you need or give help that is needed.
Seek out help by praying to your Guides and Angels for guidance and pay attention to the signs that develop from your request.
Your gut instincts also protect you from manipulation and danger. It is one of your most powerful gifts. Clair sentience is an ability to feel energy around us.
Feel if help is in your best interest. Feel it in your heart if you receive information that you have been requesting. Feel it as though it was the last puzzle piece you have been searching for, for so long, and the puzzle is finally finished.
A sense of peace and completion should come over you as a sign of a job well done.
Trust your gut!
You are being heard.
Don't let your past scars beat up your own intuitive gifts.

Bio-G Energy Healing is an energy modality developed to rapidly reduce anxiety & stress in the recipient. It is not a substitute for medical assistance but rather is a complementary modality for self-treatment and for treating others.
Bio-G does not have any requirements other than the desire to learn and a willingness to work with the energy.
This course will begin with exercises and discussions regarding working with energy. After establishing a level of comfort, we will read the manual and I will attune participants to the energy. Once all attunements are complete, the class will split up and treat each other.
