RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS DAY®

Random Act of Kindness Day® is an opportunity to do something kind for someone else, to appreciate fellow citizens, and to strengthen our communities. In our hectic daily lives we don't always take the time to slow down and reflect on how fortunate we are to live in this beautiful region. On November 3rd, 2017 citizens from all over our region are invited to take the opportunity to connect with each other and with community through an act of kindness.

Whether it's paying it forward by buying coffee for the car behind you in the drive-thru, shoveling the driveway for a neighbour or volunteering at your local food bank, every act of kindness makes a difference. How will you make kindness a priority on November 3rd?

Time to Get Off the Regulated Rate Option

GOOD NEWS : Over the last 24 months, our variable rate electricity customers have saved 21% compared to what they would have paid if they were still on the government's Regulated Rate Option (RRO) offered through Direct Energy Regulated Services.

FACT : Only 40% of Albertans have switched over to a guaranteed electricity contract (aka left the RRO).

BAD NEWS : 60% of your friends and neighbors are still overpaying for electricity.  Do them a favour and suggest that they switch off of the RRO and sign up with Peace Power.

Peace Power is risk-free to try and there are no signup fees. If you do not like our service you can leave with 10 days' notice, penalty-free.
