Fourth graders get their spirit on at Pacific's Spirit Wars!
MBEF FORTUNATE
When you count your blessings this holiday season, consider the excellent education your child is receiving among them. Despite one of the lowest funding levels in the country, Manhattan Beach has managed to remain one of the top districts in the state because of community support. The generous gifts from parents like you help ensure that our students are fortunate to live and learn in Manhattan Beach.

BOOKCLUB MEETING FOR PARENTS!
Announcing Pacific's First Bookclub Meeting for parents! We will be reading THE WHOLE BRAIN CHILD by Daniel Siegel, MD. Get your copy today and begin reading over the holidays. If you read in a couple years ago when it was released, skim for some good reminders. The Bookclub discussion will be on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 8:15 in the Art Room. Coffee will be served! It's a great read...lots of good points to discuss as we all raise our elementary school students. If you don't finish it in time, it's ok--we'd still LOVE to see you there! **Brought to you by your new Pacific Social Emotional Wellness Committee. To RSVP or if you have any questions, please reach out to Leah Niehaus.
Panther Parties!
One of the biggest fundraisers is also the most fun! We need hosts for our Panther Parties! The host, or group of hosts, throws a party at their expense for a specified number of people. Individuals pay to attend the party and funds directly benefit the Pacific PTA. Parties can be for kids, families, moms, dads....if you can dream it, you can host it! See flyer for more details. Questions? Contact Lindsey Fox or Brooke Zipperman.
