Dear Parents and Guardians,

I hope you have all had wonderful week and have recovered from Black Friday and Cyber Monday. December is here and winter break is around the corner. Winter sports have begun along with a new set of clubs. Please take a look below for some of the new offerings. One point of interest for parents of basketball players. The boys and girls teams will be switching practice locations between Northley and the Aston Community Center. A link to the schedule is located below.

Please plan on attending the 6th and 7th/8th grade chorus and band concerts this week. As usual, the students are sounding fantastic and are ready to show off you, their families.

Congrats to Joey Pennewill and Lana Buerklin for placing 1st & 2nd place, respectfully, in the National Chemistry Week Illustrated Poem Contest sponsored by the Philadelphia section of the American Chemical Society. Three other Northley students received Honorable Mention.

Have a great weekend!

Who wants to go roller skating, play arcade games and have pizza at the roller skating rink?  Northley is going to Rolling Thunder for the second straight year.  It was such a success last year, we are doing it again on Wednesday, December 6.  We will leave immediately after school.  Stop into the main office or counseling office for a permission slip (or click below).  All students are welcome.   The cost is only $12. Come with your friends for a fun night out to Philadelphia.  Bring extra spending money for food or more tokens.
