YOU CAN SET UP A PREFERRED SUB LIST!

• All staff members have been given the ability to select a list of the substitutes you prefer to fill your absences by setting up a Preferred Sub List.
• Substitutes on your preferred list are able to see your job posting as soon as it is entered.
• While you are able to add any number of substitutes to your preferred list, the system allows you to rank your "favorite five" and those substitutes will be notified by email that you have posted an absence.
