SME Centre is conducting a series of sharing sessions with SME owners on how to manage cashflow effectively by implementing strategies to reduce accounting cost to zero. This is relevant to SME owners due to the current downtrend of economic circumstances. Consumers are buying less, revenue is trending down & business costs are increasing. For SMEs to survive, essential cashflow strategies stemming from optimisation is needed. In this session (especially for Mumpreneurs), we will be sharing real SME case studies of how SMEs optimise accounting to preserve cashflow. SME owners can learn and apply it to their respective SME businesses.

Ms Karen Woon, Business Advisor from the SME Centre@SouthWest.
Karen is a Business Advisor from the SME Centre supported by Spring Singapore. She has been helping aspiring entrepreneurs, Small and Medium Enterprises with Business advisory, business matching and assistance to tap on government assistance schemes in Singapore. SME Centre@SMF, supported by SPRING Singapore, was established in May 2005 as a subsidiary of SMF. SME Centre@SMF provides small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with easy access to business advisory services to help them start, sustain and grow their businesses.
