Paul's 18 years
of hands-on practical problem solving is a fit for our pragmatic engineering approach where "keeping our client's goal in mind" is key. Paul has extensive experience with NY City and NY State environmental programs including e-Designations, Brownfields, Spills and Superfund sites as well as Connecticut DEEP regulations.
