Wed Nov 15 - Ground Breaking at 4:00 PM for Tri-State Specialists, next to the Delta Hotel South Sioux City Riverfront. Remarks and construction project details will be made following the ground breaking at the Delta Hotel. 
Thur Nov 16 - Ribbon Cutting at 10:00 AM for United Real Estate Solutions and NAI United, 400 Gold Circle, Dakota Dunes, SD. They are celebrating the opening of their new Dakota Dunes location. The ribbon cutting will be held in conjunction with the Dakota Valley Business Council Coffee.
