We know many of you are celebrating a very successful November with record-breaking sales. We've been busy at the home office, wrapping, packing and shipping to get products out and in the hands of customers everywhere.

Due to the high volume at L'BRI and across the country, we wanted to give you a couple updates from the shipping department to help you and your customers make plans for holiday shipping.

We continue to wait for our shipment of aloe socks to arrive. In the interim, we are continuing to include a notice with orders of body butter along with free samples for the recipient to enjoy. We apologize for the delay and will post a notice as soon as they arrive and are shipped. We are prepared to bundle them up and ship them out as soon as they arrive so they can be delivered by Christmas.

Our L'BRI shipping elves have been working fast to get your packages ready to ship out. We are pleased to let you know that we are now only experiencing a much shorter delay. Currently we are shipping customer orders placed on Monday, November 27 and Consultant orders placed on November 28.

 

Delays are expected to continue, because once packages leave L'BRI, they embark on another journey to get delivered. Due to demand from companies everywhere, the US Postal Service and UPS are both experiencing some delays as well.

For an additional $10 fee, we can ensure that an order is shipped via UPS the same day as long as we are contacted prior to 2 p.m. Central Time. While that allows us to get the order out of our warehouse quickly, we cannot guarantee the arrival date of the package.

 

If you or your customers need a package even faster, our staff can help by offering various shipping options, including overnight shipments. These options vary depending on the weight and location - and on the customer's budget. It is important to note that even with those additional measures, the possibility of delays may still arise due to the heavy shipping season.  

Please encourage your customers to order early, between now and December 10 to ensure delivery for the holidays. Please make sure that you have an accurate email address for each customer so they can receive their tracking emails with the latest delivery information. 

 

Remind customers that our standard shipping deadline is December 10. We expect that packages will arrive before Christmas, but are not able to guarantee standard delivery. Watch the Business Center for daily Shipping Alerts posted in the left-hand calendar feed.
