Employee Engagement Survey

Each year, we ask all employees to participate in our annual Employee Engagement Survey. The survey asks for feedback about the district, your school, leadership, employee recognition, professional development, and more. Here are a few details to note:

The survey is now open and closes on December 13.
You should have received an invitation and survey link in your district email account.
Be sure to check your clutter or quarantine folders.
If you are unable to find your email invite, a public link is posted under the Employees tab on the district website. Click here to access it. You also may request a paper copy from the Communications Office.
The survey is administered through a third-party, K12 Insight. All responses are anonymous and strictly confidential.

You're Invited!

The community is invited to our annual EMS ISD Holiday Open House at the district administrative offices. The event is come-and-go, with student fine arts performances scheduled throughout the day. Holiday

refreshments will be provided by EMS employees. Please join us for this festive day!

CTE Showcase at HCTC - December 13

The annual EMS ISD CTE Showcase at the Hollenstein Career and Technology Center will be on December 13 from 5:30-7:30 pm. All students grade K-11 and their parents are invited to attend and learn about endorsements, certifications, and dual credit available through the career and technology programs. EMS ISD offers 15 professional-focused programs across all three high schools and the Hollenstein CTC. Students can choose between 20 different certifications. The Hollenstein CTC is located at 5501 Marine Creek Parkway in Fort Worth.

EMS Awarded Elite Status Level for TASBO Award of Merit for Purchasing & Operations

EMS ISD has been awarded the Elite Status level for the 2018 TASBO Award of Merit for Purchasing and Operations. This is the highest status a district can received for its commitment to following professional standards in the acquisition of goods and services.

For the past seven consecutive years, EMS ISD has received recognition in the TASBO Award of Merit program. The award will be presented during a luncheon on March 1 at the TASBO 72nd-Annual Conference in Fort Worth.
