Stay up to date!
From Sunday:
As Christians we are taught to always give thanks and we have a special day to remind us that we will celebrate in a week and half, Thanksgiving. The Thanksgiving Chair, our message today is about some of the times in life when our first thought is not about giving thanks. As we begin, think about this question: How often on a regular ordinary day do you give thanks to God?

En Agape',
Rev. Michael

Next Sunday:

The Board will be meeting on Sunday the 19th to finalize the 2018 Ministry Plan. If you have not had a chance to return your covenant card please do.  With God's help we can do wonders in the coming year.  Let's live by his example and share the Good News with those we encounter in our journey of faith.

Please place them in the offering or submit them to the office. Poinsettias may be taken home on Christmas Eve!

Outreach Opportunities

Spread the warmth by joining us to help families sleep tight as
CARITAS prepares to serve families during the colder months.
Donate new or gently used Blankets, Pillows and Sheet Sets.
There is a box in the hall of the Educational Building to accept donations through December 10th.  Contact Steve Harrison for more information.

Teachers and Members :  It is time to mail our old Sunday School materials to Edwin L. Hodges Ministries in Alabama.  They in turn ship them to third world countries and use them for teaching and training pastors and lay people. They ask for Christian materials, books, DVD's CD's, as long as they are in good condition.  They especially need bibles.  Please bring all materials to the Loving Building (room with the piano) by 12-1-17.  If you have any questions please contact Betty Sue Martin.
