Fiscal Training Webinar on the SF-425 and Match Requirements for DD Councils

SF-425 forms are required for each grant award year and are due no later than 90 days following the end of the grant period (December 31). We are pleased to host this important webinar featuring presentations by staff from the ACL Office of Grants Management. Please join us on

Fiscal Year 2017 Program Performance Reports.
As you already know, PPR's will NOT be due January 1, 2018. A firm date to submit has not been established, but please do not wait to gather and analyze the data for the 2017 reporting year. Council staff and members should use the results from work completed in FY 2017 to inform work planned in FY 2018 as well as determine progress towards the 5-year goals. Collecting data about work and outcomes will enable the Council and staff to make informed decisions about successes, barriers, and adjustments that may need to be made to work plans and the State plan.
Helpful hint:
Use the Fiscal Year 2017 Annual Work plan as your guide. The annual work plan can serve as a functional outline when developing progress narratives. As you already know, the work plans are developed by objective and will allow you to develop a progress narrative with information about objective activities to include details about outputs, outcomes, evaluation, and performance measure attainment.
Character limits
- The best guidance we can provide at this time is no greater than 24,000 per progress report section. Of course, this may change.
Consumer Satisfaction
- several Councils have asked where to find the Consumer Satisfaction Toolkit. As you may remember, the "toolkit surveys" (individual and stakeholder) are no longer required (the requirement to use these surveys ended with the last 5-year state plan).
Councils should develop their own consumer satisfaction surveys that will inform their work and provide the data required for the new performance measures (IFA 3.1 and IFA 3.2). If you need samples of surveys others Councils are using and/or want to review the

Justin was selected to present at the State Capitol Grand Opening in August 2017 along with former US Senator David Durenberger and Colleen Wieck, Executive Director of the Minnesota Council.
