NEW CLASS:
Teen-Time with Riley!  Mondays at 4:15-5:00 pm

An offering for ages 11-15 and a chance to start the week off right!!! Adolescence is a major transition period from childhood to adulthood and is the time in our lives where we are most prone to developing feelings of depression & anxiety, overwhelming stress, insecurity and confusion. Yoga provides countless lessons and insights that can act as a road map for children through challenging times of growth and change. We will explore and embrace our bodies & minds through mindfulness, movement, breathing, positive thinking/affirmations, meditation & voice empowerment.
Beginning Monday, December 11th 
Parent and Child Yoga with Riley

Saturday, December 16th
Ages 3-6  from 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Ages 7-10 from 5:00-6:00 p.m.

Feed the body mind and soul while strengthening family bonds. During this workshop we will explore yoga poses, breath work, mindfulness and meditations to increase overall well being for both parent and child. Learn postures and practices to encourage connection, trust, love and support between you and your little one.
Open but not limited to- any parent, grandparent, role model, or sibling looking to strengthen their relationship with any special child in their life. Let's work together to create a healthier, happier, more peaceful future for our children!. To register, click here.

Taking stock, cleaning house and moving on - a letting go writing yoga workshop to start the new year
This is essentially the same writing workshop we did last year on New Year's Day. It's about taking stock of the past year; interpreting its events, assigning meanings, deciding what's good to let go and choosing our focus for the new year.  We will do some yoga, write a lot and burn our wishes as prayer. CrossOver Yoga Project Trauma informed Teacher Training

Friday, January 5th  6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, January 6th 1:00- 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, January 7th 1:00- 7:00 p.m.


Join CYP's teacher training and gain tools to empower at- risk teen girls through our trauma informed yoga, mindfulness, social justice and art therapy curriculum. This densely packed 15 hour training is for 200+hr yoga instructors who are passionate about serving vulnerable teen girls and to guide them toward gaining self- awareness, self-control and building resilience through CYPs unique curriculum.
Become part of the team that provides teen girls with skills to promote healthy boundaries, communicate effectively and handle challenging situations and

Want to try yoga but are not sure where to begin? We know how scary it can be coming in for the first time. So we put together this two hour overview that will give you some of the basics to let you feel a bit more comfortable coming to class. You'll be learning basic philosophy, postures, breath work and meditation in the most relaxed and friendly setting. Lead by Lori Mullooly, who  has been working with beginners for years along with some of our Happy Buddha Family. Workshop = $35 To register  click here .
