Marathon & 1/2 Marathon Training 

Have you ever considered training for a marathon or 1/2 marathon? Our training team offers a supportive group training program for new and experienced runners. We can help you reach your distance and time goals!  Marathon training is a 17 week program. Half Marathon training is a 12 weeks program. Our goal race is the Martian Marathon/Hal Marathon in Dearborn on April 14th. 

Marathon Training begins December 18th
1/2 Marathon Training begins January 22nd

Dec 5th: 6pm

On comes to Running Lab for Frosty 8RUN0! You'll have the opportunity to demo On shoes! 

On is offering a frosty drink bar after the demo!

Join us for a holiday spirited run through downtown Brighton. We will have Garmin onsite to demo their newest watches. Post run season greetings to follow.

New Balance Ugly Sweater 8RUN0
Dec 19th: 6pm

New Balance comes to 8RUN0 for our Ugly Sweater competition! Come dressed in your holiday worst AND demo New Balance shoes to compete for a chance to win! 

We'll have the 1080v8 & Vongo v2 available to demo in men's & women's sizes. 

New Balance is offering a decorate-your-own cookie station after the demo with cookies and all the toppings you could want!

Yoga for Runners w/ 
Brighton Yoga Center
Dec 20th: 7:00pm

Join us for a free yoga class at the store. This class will help you increase flexibility, fitness & mental focus. These yoga sequences will include key poses for areas of the body that are most overused or prone to injury for runners. Registration required & limited to 30.


Good Form Running Class
Dec 14th & 28th

A FREE Class every other week to help you run more efficiently with fewer injuries.  Learn new things about your running and discover how to improve your form! Please bring your current running shoes and wear something comfy to run in. Come ready to be involved, active and open to new ideas. 

Running Lab Run Streak

Need to stay motivated during the holidayseason? Get Streaking!

Designed to keep you running through the holiday season.  The goal is simple: Run at least one mile per day, every day, Thanksgiving through New Years Day. Join anytime and earn great prizes!
