The public charrette kicked off today, with representatives of Crafton Tull, DPZ, Great Destination Strategies, and Randall Gross of Development Economics working on site at the Ouachita Building of the Ponce de Leon Center. 
Two committee meetings have been held so far to discuss specific topics -- growth needs and standards for utilities, infrastructure, & transportation and the future needs for public safety. We are excited that the charrette is now underway and encourage all to attend the engagement activities listed below. 
Now is the time to let your voice be heard.  Everyone may contribute to the comprehensive master plan by participating in the following  public charrette activities , to be held at the Ponce de Leon Center unless noted: 

Opening Presentation and Scenario Planning   
Session A: 4-5:30 p.m.  
Session B: 6-7:30 p.m. 
Thursday, November 30
Sessions A & B are duplicate - Please choose one to attend, allowing increased access for all who would like to participate.

Progress Presentation and Opportunity for Feedback 
Saturday, December 2, 1-4 p.m.
Open house - Feel free to drop in at your convenience. 

Closing Presentation 
Wednesday, December 6, 6-7:30 p.m.
