State to host upcoming finance meetings
The Coastal Protection and Restoration Financing Corporation will meet, and then CPRA will host an introductory meeting on outcome based performance contracting the following day.

On Tuesday, December 12 at 1:30pm in the Governor's Press Room, 4th floor of the State Capitol, the Coastal Protection and Restoration Financing Corporation will meet.  The Financing Corporation was created to securitize an income stream like GOMESA and RESTORE Act for coastal purposes.

ance Contracting (OBPC), and to provide an overview of this alternative project delivery method and CPRA's vision for delivering and implementing Coastal Master Plan projects using these contracts.

Some other topics that may be discussed include CPRA's objectives for project implementation using these contracts, anticipated project type and location, and various contract elements including payment milestones, performance criteria, non-performance consequences, and proposed monitoring requirements.

CPRA will also request input from attendees and stakeholders on the topics discussed.   A draft agenda and meeting information will be posted  here.
