It’s that time of year – time to start distributing tickets for our annual Christmas concert. This year we will be back to one show performed at 9:00 am and 7:00 pm. The concert will be on Thursday, Dec. 14

In order to maintain the appropriate number of people in the Parish Center to meet the fire code, we have a process in place for the distribution of tickets.
Every family in the school must request 2 tickets for either the morning concert or the evening concert.
We do not have the seating capacity to allow everyone to “just show up”. First and second row seats are sold on a first come first served basis, but only two may be purchased. Below is a list of general information about the ticketing process.
1. Each family is allotted 2 tickets. You will need to request tickets for either the morning or evening performance.

OR call the front office to let us know which performance you will be attending with your 2 tickets. Tickets are not automatically distributed to families.
3. If you need more than 2 tickets your name will be placed on a waiting list and we will contact you if additional tickets become available.
4. You are not required to take 2 tickets but remember that each person attending the concert will need a ticket to attend.
5. Tickets are sent home in envelopes with the students generally the day after the request has been made.
6. Reserved seating is available for purchase for either performance. If you purchase reserved seats those count as your ticket allotment – they are not additional tickets.
7. In order to purchase seats you must complete a reserved seating request (separate form) and submit it with payment to the front office. These seats are sold on a first come first served basis.
