G.O. Bond Funding:  $75 Million for Colfax!

Denver voters approved $75 million in general obligation bond funding for Colfax improvements Tuesday. That includes $20 million for streetscape improvements (Monaco to Sheridan), including in our area between Eudora and Monaco, and $55 million for Bus  Rapid Transit improvements (Auraria Center to Anschutz campus). Thank you for your advocacy--emails and phone calls matter. Together, we're going to make Colfax better and safer for everyone.

The Colfax Mayfair Business Improvement District (BID) creates a better place for people and business through economic development, public improvements, safety and advocacy. The district connects the neighborhoods along Colfax Avenue from Eudora Street to Monaco Parkway as well as the Mayfair Town Center at 14th Avenue and Krameria Street.
