Annual Meeting - Regional Innovation, Global Application
On September 14, the Research Triangle Cleantech Cluster hosted our Annual Meeting at the City Club in Downtown Raleigh. Dr. Ryan Umstattd from ARPA-E headlined the event as the keynote speaker. Sidney Hinton of PowerSecure, Luke Fishback of PlotWatt, Dean Louis Martin-Vega of NC State University, and David Woodworth of Trilliant joined the program as featured panelists moderated by Alyssa Farrell of Sensus.

Trilliant Joins RTCC as Board of Director & Unveils New HQ at Grand Opening Ceremony
After announcing the decision to relocate their headquarters earlier this year from Silicon Valley, Trilliant Networks officially unveiled their new HQ in Cary on September 7. The Research Triangle Cleantech Cluster is also proud to announce that Trilliant as the newest addition to our Board of Directors.
RTCC Highlights Regional Assets at Multiple Drive Electric Week Events
The Research Triangle Cleantech Cluster had the opportunity to attend and promote multiple National Drive Electric Week events hosted by regional partner organizations from September 9-17. The NC Clean Energy Technology Center hosted an alternative fuel tailgate at Carter-Finley Stadium and Advanced Energy hosted a large gathering of electric vehicle stakeholders at the Research Triangle Park Headquarters.
