Scientific Research Exhibit Winners

YOGA  - part of the Physician Wellness Center
Yoga is a great tool for the health and wellness of you and your patients. Remember to take some time for yourself - for a few minutes a day or a few times a week.

When referring patients to yoga, make sure you have a specific teacher, class or studio so feel comfortable as they continue healing. Private yoga services are a way of tailoring each yoga practice to meet the needs of the individual client.

Many of you met Amanda at Autumn Convention. She is passionate about bringing yoga into people's lives in a safe way to help them reach their goals. Please contact her if you are interested in her private yoga services for you or your patients, or to learn more about the benefits of private instruction.
