Paver Patio at Gale Woods Farm
This week, one of our crews is in Minnetrista at Gale Woods Farm . Malik, Javier, Paullie, and Ivette are  installing a paver patio at the public farm, and spending a little time with the farm's inhabitants! This crew is on their last few weeks of a 3-month Young Adult Conservation Corps program before graduation; another cohort will begin in December. Interested in outdoor work? Apply by filling out our interest form

YACC is just one of five distinct programs that make up Tree Trust's JobPrep program. JobPrep programs provide:
            • employment readiness training
            • paid work experience
            • individualized case management and support services
            • college and career navigation
            • financial literacy
            • and other skills.
We have work opportunities indoors and outdoors, on weekdays and weekends! People ages 14-24 who are interested in our JobPrep program can fill out our interest form online.

Community Forestry
Thank You To Our Volunteers!
This year, more than 550 volunteers across the state helped us plant and distribute 3,000 trees at 32 events in the spring and fall. Volunteers gave roughly 2,000 hours of their time to improve the community environment!

Thank you to everyone, including volunteers, partners, and donors, for helping make 2017 one of our biggest planting years on record! Photos from all of our plantings can be found on Tree Trust's Facebook page.

Landscape Services
Bridge at Belwin Conservancy
Last month, Tree Trust's Landscape Services division finished a contract for a bridge at Belwin Conservancy. We were so pleased to be a part of this project, which will literally connect students to nature! Learn more about the project and Belwin Conservancy.
When you donate to Tree Trust, you positively impact environmental health and the lives of thousands of people in your own community. It is through the essential support of our donors and volunteers that Tree Trust has been able to transform lives and landscapes for more than 40 years.
