Organizational Health: The Missing
(and Most Important) Ingredient

Special Guest
Kyle Neilson
Vice President, Evangelium Consulting Group

Special CCN
Double Feature Presentation
Organizations tend to focus on the 'smart' disciplines: finance, marketing, technology, strategy, and programs. But what about their 'health'?  Kyle will explain how to become a healthy organization and overcome politics, confusion, low morale and productivity, and negative turnover- all of which undermine the effectiveness of an organization's 'smarts'; and which often receive relatively little attention.  Discover simple things you can do so that your people and mission thrive.
An additional workshop with  Kyle Neilson
will follow  our usual CCN morning program:
7:30     Continental breakfast
8:00    Program begins
8:45    Q & A
9:00    Break
9:15    Workshop begins
10:15  Program ends
